Privacy Policy
How Ambiance Realty collects and uses visitor data — first-party analytics only, no third-party ad tracking, no sale of personal data.
What we collect
A first-party cookie identifies returning visitors (no cross-site tracking). We log page views, time on page, scroll depth, and — where consent is required and given, or not required by your location — your IP address, which we resolve to an organization/ISP name and approximate location for our own analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data.
Consent
For visitors in the EU/EEA, UK, and Brazil, analytics only load after you accept via the cookie banner. Outside those regions, this baseline analytics collection is treated as legitimate interest for operating the site; you can still decline where the banner is shown.
How data is used
Internally, to understand who is visiting this site (a domain-for-sale asset and, increasingly, a real estate partner research platform) and to prioritize outreach. A subset of activity may trigger an internal notification (WhatsApp) to the site owner — this is an operational alert, not a marketing use.
Data retention and access
Visit logs are stored in a flat-file store on the hosting server, accessible only via a password-protected internal panel. We do not have a fixed public retention schedule documented yet — treat this as a known gap, not a claim of a specific retention period.
Your rights
You may request details of what we hold about a specific visit (to the extent it is identifiable) or request deletion by contacting us via the address on the site. We have not yet built an automated self-service data request tool.
Third parties
Google Fonts (typefaces) and, on the partner network pages, no third-party embeds are used. No analytics data is shared with advertising networks.
